InkWise Studio Messaging — booking and appointment communications.
InkWise sends transactional and care text messages to clients of tattoo and body-art studios, including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, request-status updates, deposit and payment links, consent-form and waiver reminders, aftercare instructions, review requests, and two-way client messaging. Recipients are existing or prospective clients who provided their phone number through a booking, intake, or consent form.
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you receive.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment and booking activity. Typical clients receive a handful of messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, aftercare, review request).
For help with any message, reply HELP or contact the studio you booked with using their listed contact information.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may opt back in by replying START.
By providing your phone number through a booking, intake, or consent form, you consent to receive booking-related text messages from the studio as described above.
InkWise provides studio management software and is not the provider of the tattoo or body-art services themselves; those services are provided solely by the studio you book with. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
